The easiest way is to try it on. The helmet should not slip down when you shake or nod your head firmly. It also should not press anywhere.
Simply measure for online purchases:
- Take a tape measure and place it around your head at the widest point.
- Position: roughly just above the ears and level with the middle of the forehead.
