The AIR-Flex range from Eskadron
The anatomically shaped structure of the AIR-Flex horse boots is consistently designed for peak sporting performance. Precisely placed air vents together with the 3D air-mesh lining ensure continuous ventilation. That reduces heat build-up on the horse's leg and lowers the risk of overload and overheating.
The proven Flexisoft zone on the rear and inside gives the leg additional freedom of movement, while the critical areas remain protected by the 3-Layer Protection Zone.
3-Layer Protection Zone: protection technology from motorsport
The exceptional protection of the AIR-Flex horse boots is based on a material combination exclusive to equestrian sport. It is specifically used in the particularly stressed zones on the rear and inside and combines three layers into a tested protection system.
1st layer: Extra-hardened outer shell
The extra-reinforced hard shell protects against direct mechanical impact and blows.
2nd layer: Integrated carbon insert
The carbon-fibre layer provides stability and controlled force distribution at minimal weight.
3rd layer: D3O high-performance material
D3O is market-leading in impact absorption and is known from motorsport and occupational safety.

D3O: intelligent impact protection
D3O is an intelligent material that remains flexible in normal use and hardens instantly under sudden force. In this way it absorbs the impact energy and releases it in a controlled manner. Eskadron is using this premium material exclusively in equestrian sport for the first time.
After intensive testing, Eskadron has defined the optimum material thickness and combination: maximum protection without unnecessary mass or bulk.

Three fastening systems: CLASSIC, SPORT and CHAMP
All AIR-Flex horse boots share the same 3-Layer Protection Zone and differ in the fastening system. That way you will find the right solution for every horse and every use. Available in brown (-070) and black (-290), each in sizes M and L.
CLASSIC – Velcro-Fit
Double elastic straps with vertical Velcro fastening for quick fitting and easy removal.
SPORT – Pin-Lock
Double elastic straps with metal button fastenings for particularly secure hold.
CHAMP – Pull-Lock
Double straps, infinitely adjustable via pull-Velcro fastenings.
The three ranges use the same 3-Layer Protection Zone and differ in the closure: CLASSIC with Velcro-Fit (hook-and-loop), SPORT with Pin-Lock (metal button) and CHAMP with Pull-Lock (pull Velcro).
F marks the boots for the front legs, H the protection for the hind legs (brushing boot or hind-leg boot).
According to the manufacturer the AIR-Flex CLASSIC H brushing boot is approved for all national and international competitions. For the other AIR-Flex boots Eskadron makes no separate statement on show approval. What counts are the current rulebooks of the respective discipline.
