What are the benefits of a Lepona customer account? What do you have to do if you have forgotten your password?

Why you should create a customer account:

With a customer account at Lepona, you always have an overview of your orders. You can also download your invoice as a PDF or register a return directly for an order. You also have an overview of your returns.

For orders that you have paid for in advance, you can also enter your bank details. This allows us to refund the amount quickly in the event of a return.

You can also rate products to help other customers make their choice.

You can sign up for our newsletter directly on the homepage of your customer account. We will keep you up to date on promotions and discounts.

As a Leponie (customer account holder) you also collect bonus points that you can use for future orders.

Lepona bonus points

In the middle of the year, we changed our discount system to a bonus points programme. This allows you to collect points with every order and then redeem them for orders as you wish.

Collect bonus points

  • You will receive 1 bonus point for every euro you spend. Any shipping costs incurred do not count.
  • Example: You receive 100 bonus points for a purchase of €100.
  • The bonus points you collect will be credited to your customer account 21 days after receipt of your order.

Redeem bonus points

  • 1 bonus point corresponds to a value of €0.05. For example, you can save up to €5 on your next order by collecting 100 points.
  • Once you have placed the desired products in your shopping basket, you can use the slider during the checkout process (after clicking on "Checkout") to select how many of your available bonus points you would like to redeem.
  • The corresponding amount will be deducted immediately from the total amount (excluding shipping costs) of your order.
  • The bonus points cannot be deducted from the shipping costs.

Validity of bonus points

  • The bonus points you collect are valid for 180 days from the date they are awarded.
  • Make sure you use your points within this period, otherwise they will expire.

Wenn du dein Passwort vergessen hast, kannst du dir ganz einfach ein neues erstellen, sobald du deine E-Mail-Adresse bestätigt hast.

Gehe dazu auf "Anmelden" und klicke auf den Link "Ich habe mein Passwort vergessen" und du wirst auf eine Seite weitergeleitet, auf der du deine E-Mail-Adresse eingeben musst. Es wird dir eine Bestätigungs-E-Mail zugeschickt. Mit dieser kannst du ein neues Passwort angeben.

Du kannst deine aktuellen Bonuspunkte nur sehen, wenn du in deinem Kundenkonto angemeldet bist. Klicke auf das gelbes P direkt neben dem Kundenkonto Icon, um deinen Bonuspunkteverlauf anzuschauen.

Nein, es gibt keine Obergrenze für das Sammeln von Bonuspunkten.

Bei Stornierungen oder Rücksendungen werden die entsprechend gesammelten Bonuspunkte wieder abgezogen, insofern sie deinem Kundenkonto schon gutgeschrieben wurden. Bei Überschneidungen kann es dazu kommen, dass dein Punktekonto vorübergehend in den negativen Bereich rutscht.

Schickst du eine Bestellung zurück, bei der du Punkte eingelöst hast, dann verfallen die eingelösten Punkte.
