Please note the closing date stated in the post. Eligible to participate are persons over the age of 18 with a valid address in Europe. Participation by under-18s only with the consent of a parent or guardian. Winners' address data will only be collected with their consent and will only be used to send the prize. By participating in this competition, you agree to the conditions of participation. The winners will be selected at random and informed by DM. All Instagram names of the participants will be recorded and stored for the purpose of determining the winner. The comments on Instagram will remain and can still be viewed publicly. Your data will only be used within Hastedt e-Commerce GmbH. The competition is in no way sponsored, supported or organised by Instagram and will not be passed on to third parties outside the company. Legal recourse is excluded. Payouts and exchanges are excluded.

Free rewards

Terms and conditions of the promotion: If you return the item that qualifies for a reward, the reward will be subject to a charge. You can of course simply send the reward back with your return. For the sake of the environment, rewards are not sent as part deliveries.

We always indicate a promotion period. Rewards are enclosed while stocks last.

Promotional vouchers

Promotional vouchers are discount codes or vouchers that are issued by us as part of advertising campaigns and have a defined period of validity. The following conditions apply:

  • Promotional vouchers are discount codes that are distributed on our social media channels, through our newsletter, our partners or at tournaments.
  • Promotional vouchers can only be redeemed in the Lepona online shop and within the specified period.
  • Only one voucher code can be redeemed per order.
  • Promotional vouchers cannot be combined with each other.
  • A specified minimum order value must be adhered to.
  • If the order is returned, the discount code expires and there is no entitlement to a replacement of the promotional voucher.
  • If a promotional voucher or a bonus is linked to a minimum order value and this is not reached in the event of a return, we reserve the right to charge the difference of the promotional voucher or the value of the goods of the bonus
  • Subsequent crediting of the promotional code after the order has been dispatched is not possible.
  • Cash payment or reimbursement is not possible.
  • Hastedt e-Commerce GmbH is not liable in the event of loss, theft, damage or misuse of a discount code.
  • Individual brands or items may be excluded from the voucher promotion; this information can be found in the respective promotion conditions.
  • Generally excluded brands are: Kentucky Horsewear, Kentucky Dogwear, Grooming Deluxe and Samshield, unless otherwise stated in the terms and conditions of the promotion.

Bitte gebe den Gutscheincode erst dann im Bestellvorgang ein, wenn du den Kauf auch abschließen möchtest. Wenn du den Code eingibst und den Kauf abbrichst, wird der Code automatisch ungültig.
