LeMieux reins

LeMieux reins are available as rubber reins with different grips, as half-rubber reins and as hunter-style leather reins. For the double bridle you will find double bridle reins, as well as leather draw reins and rubber rein stops for the martingale. Depending on the model, sizes range from Pony and Cob to Full.

Which LeMieux rein feels good in your hand?

The Ergo Grip rubber reins are flat and have integrated rubber stops made of 15 mm polymer rubber. On the Magna Grip rubber reins, a textured rubber coating sits on the leather, which is lined with nylon so it does not stretch. The soft rubber reins with stops are light and flexible, and the leather stops give extra grip. The half-rubber reins are half leather and half rubber and, according to the manufacturer, suitable for every discipline. If you like classic leather, the laced hunter reins with decorative stitching made of oiled American leather are an option. For the double bridle there are the narrow double bridle reins made of pre-oiled leather and the rubber-lined Hunter double bridle reins. According to the description, the leather draw reins are an aid for experienced riders. You can find reins from other brands under Reins and more training aids under Training aids.

Matching bridle and accessories

Most LeMieux reins come in Pony, Cob and Full; go by the size of your bridle. According to the manufacturer's description, the Hunter double bridle reins go with the LeMieux hunter bridles, and the Kudos Classic dressage bridle is matched to the straight rubber reins. You can find the bridles among the LeMieux bridles. The stretchy rubber rein stops prevent the martingale rings from sliding towards the bit and can be combined with all LeMieux reins. You can see the brand's complete range on the LeMieux brand page.
