The Waldhausen Scandic outdoor rug combines comfort, functionality and high-quality materials with innovative features. It offers optimum protection and freedom of movement for the horse in all weathers.
Robust & weatherproof material
The 1200 denier ripstop outer material makes the rug particularly hard-wearing. It is waterproof (water column 3000 mm) and breathable so that the horse always stays dry and comfortable.
Antibacterial inner lining
The inner lining ensures maximum comfort and supports hygiene. In addition, a foam insert next to the withers relieves pressure on the spinous processes and prevents pressure points.
Innovative V-front fastening
The practical, one-piece V-front fastening with additional Velcro fastening offers an optimum fit and makes it easier to put on the rug.
Maximum freedom of movement
An extra-large gusset and three belly straps and leg cords ensure a secure fit without restricting movement.
Reflective details & safety
The reflective piping and the large tail flap with Waldhausen lettering increase visibility in poor light conditions.
Stay Clean Inlay
The integrated Stay Clean Inlay prevents dirt and hair from sticking when trying on. It can be easily removed after the test.
Additional features
The rug is compatible with the clip-in rug system and has attachment loops for a neck piece. It is supplied in a practical Waldhausen rug bag.
