The Skin Friendly rug is characterised by a lining made of artificial rabbit fur, which has been specially developed to prevent chafing. This makes the rug ideal for horses with sensitive skin or horses that have been clipped.
Use & compatibility
In addition to comfort, the rug also offers practical benefits as it is odourless and can be easily combined with other Kentucky rugs. The rug is also machine washable, which simplifies care.

The rug is particularly cosy and therefore ideal for horses with sensitive skin. Its adaptability allows it to be customised to different needs by combining it with other rugs.
Materials & processing
The outside is made of polyester microfibre, which has a cotton touch. The filling consists of a 150g fibre felt filling, which has the advantages of down but does not absorb odours. The artificial rabbit fur offers a pleasant wearing comfort and additional insulation.
Design & fit
The underblanket is designed to be shorter to prevent moisture absorption. The material and design ensure that the blanket does not slip and always fits well.
Care instructions
The best way to care for the underblanket is to wash it once a month at 30 degrees in the washing machine, but do not use a tumble dryer to preserve its quality.
