With some bridles you immediately have a good feeling. Not because they stand out, but because everything is right when you put them on. The BR Salcombe snaffle bridle is such a bridle: with an understated look and pleasant to use.
The Italian leather is soft and sits well in the hand. The anatomically shaped headpiece is softly lined and offers space at sensitive points behind the ears so the horse's head can move freely. The noseband is also softly lined and therefore sits comfortably.
The 20 mm wide noseband is square-raised and has decorative stitching that gives the whole that certain something. The browband matches well and is also softly lined and decorated with matching embroidery.
The contrast stitching in off-white and the silver-coloured, nickel-plated brass buckles complete the bridle in an understated, classic way.
