Description
The ported mouthpiece has a special flattened shape of the port. This gives the tongue optimum space. Many horses respond with improved looseness and increased chewing. But the bit is also very suitable for so-called tongue players who try to get their tongue over the bit, as the port effectively prevents this. This mouthpiece is therefore ideal for horses that reluctantly tolerate conventionally shaped bits due to pressure on the tongue and react with head tossing or similar. The loose ring means greater mobility of the bit in the mouth. The snaffle is therefore a bit for horses that prefer a more mobile bit in the mouth. The ring runs very evenly in the copper bushes and, thanks to better durability, significantly increases the lifespan of the bit.
