Description
This anatomically shaped saddle pad made of cotton has a wide border of medically tanned lambskin. The underside is also lined with lambskin but has a cut-out for the spine channel. On the top the pad has six insert pockets with removable 8 mm thick neoprene pads. The pads can be used to raise the withers and back area slightly. This way the pad ensures a stable saddle position on horses with a less strongly developed withers or a soft or dipped back. The combination of lambskin and neoprene ensures that the weight of saddle and rider is distributed particularly evenly on the horse's back. As a result pressure is less quickly applied to the spine and withers. Medically tanned lambskin also reduces the risk of overheating and is in addition hygienic, sweat-resistant and antibacterial. Particularly well suited to horses with sensitive skin. The pad fits under all saddles and can be placed directly on the horse's back or between saddle and saddle pad. To preserve the natural properties of the lambskin we recommend washing the product at 30°C with a special leather detergent.
