... the road user (not the rider, but your horse) must be illuminated.
... lighting must be present during dusk, darkness or other poor visibility conditions.
You fulfil the obligation for safe and proper lighting when riding with the breastplate + saddle cover and when leading with the breastplate + surcingle. These HORSELIGHT products include
- a white light at the front,
- a red light at the rear,
- firm mounting on the horse and
- a reflective binding tape.
For even more safety you can also attach the leg and arm cuffs.
