The reins are made of soft Italian leather that has a non-slip layer of rubber on the underside. This offers additional hold without the reins feeling stiff or sticky. Because there are no stops, the reins simply glide through the hand and stay quiet in the contact.
At the level of the bit the reins are fitted with bridle hooks, which gives a neat, well-groomed look. With their width of 16 mm the reins lie comfortably in the hand and are pleasant to use in daily riding.
