Description
The snaffle is a standard bit. This bit has loose rings that allow the bit to move more freely in the mouth, so many horses accept this bit well. To prevent skin getting caught between the movable rings it is advisable to equip the bit with bit guards. Large rings have a more indirect effect than smaller rings. The large rings provide greater pressure distribution on the cheeks. This makes manoeuvring a horse easier and a bit cannot be pulled through the mouth so easily. In addition a slight leverage effect can be achieved with these large rings.
The Inno Sense Jointed combines the proven design of a traditional jointed bit with the advanced, softer Inno Sense material. The single-jointed design applies pressure to the bars and sides of the tongue, giving the tongue more freedom and encouraging the horse to work with the bit while maintaining precise control. The main advantage of the Inno Sense Jointed bit is improved comfort. The softer material reduces discomfort and encourages better acceptance of the bit, especially in horses that are sensitive to resistance or overreact to stronger bits.
The bits from the Inno Sense Jointed collection can be used for all horses, but are particularly suitable for young horses and horses with a sensitive mouth. The Inno Sense material used contains no plasticisers and is therefore harmless to the horse's health. Horses ridden with an Inno Sense Jointed mouthpiece follow the hand lightly and accept the bit quickly.
