This bit has a D-shape. The D-rings ensure that the mouthpiece lies quietly and stably in the mouth. The pressure of the D-rings against the cheeks makes steering easier, as the head is automatically pressed in the right direction. This makes the bit suitable for young horses, for example. Due to the shape of this mouthpiece it is less easy to pull the bit through the mouth.
The Inno Sense Jointed combines the proven design of a traditional jointed bit with the advanced, softer Inno Sense material. The single-jointed design exerts pressure on the bars and sides of the tongue, giving the tongue more freedom and encouraging the horse to work with the bit while precise control is retained. The main advantage of the Inno Sense Jointed bit is improved comfort. The softer material reduces discomfort and promotes better acceptance of the bit, especially with horses that are sensitive to resistance or overreact with stronger bits.
The bits from the Inno Sense Jointed collection can be used for all horses, but are particularly suitable for young horses and horses with a sensitive mouth. The Inno Sense material contains no plasticisers and is therefore harmless to the horse's health. Horses that are ridden with an Inno Sense Jointed mouthpiece follow the hand easily and accept the bit quickly.
