Description
A 2.5-ring bit is a milder version of a 3-ring (Pessoa) bit. With this bit a leverage effect can be created. The lower the reins are placed, the stronger the bit becomes. An ideal bit for horses that are very strong in the course, grab the bit or run through the hand. Compared with the 2.5 eggbutt snaffle the snaffle rings can move freely, which allows more movement in the bit and makes the hand aid more indirect.
The Inno Sense Jointed combines the proven design of a traditional jointed bit with the advanced, softer Inno Sense material. The single-jointed design applies pressure to the bars and sides of the tongue, giving the tongue more freedom and encouraging the horse to work with the bit while maintaining precise control. The main advantage of the Inno Sense Jointed bit is improved comfort. The softer material reduces discomfort and encourages better acceptance of the bit, especially in horses that are sensitive to resistance or overreact to stronger bits.
The bits from the Inno Sense Jointed collection can be used for all horses, but are particularly suitable for young horses and horses with a sensitive mouth. The Inno Sense material contains no plasticisers and is therefore harmless to the horse's health. Horses ridden with an Inno Sense Jointed mouthpiece follow the hand lightly and accept the bit quickly.
