Description
The 2.5 eggbutt snaffle is a milder version of a 3-ring (Pessoa) bit. With this cheekpiece a leverage effect can be created. The lower the reins are placed, the stronger the bit becomes. An ideal bit for horses that are very strong in the course, hold onto the bit or run through the hand. The eggbutt rings cannot move freely, so the aid from the hand acts more directly.
The Inno Sense single-jointed combines the proven design of a traditional single-jointed bit with the advanced, softer Inno Sense material. The single-jointed design exerts pressure on the bars and sides of the tongue, giving the tongue more freedom and encouraging the horse to work with the bit while precise control is maintained. The main advantage of the Inno Sense single-jointed bit is the improved comfort. The softer material reduces discomfort and promotes better acceptance of the bit, particularly with horses that are sensitive to resistance or overreact to stronger bits.
The bits from the Inno Sense single-jointed collection can be used for all horses, but are particularly suitable for young horses and horses with a sensitive mouth. The Inno Sense material used contains no plasticisers and is therefore harmless to the horse’s health. Horses ridden with an Inno Sense single-jointed mouthpiece follow the hand easily and accept the bit quickly.
