Description
5-point breastplate made from tanned leather with faux fur inserts that prevents the saddle from slipping back. Chrome-plated metal hooks attach directly to the saddle, the straps and the girth.
The item comes with a martingale fork that prevents the horse from raising its head by acting directly on the bit via the reins, which run through the ring at the end of the fork.
The reins must be used with stops, as otherwise the martingale can slide forward and get caught in the bit ring – this blocks the horse's head and creates a risk of falling.
Every strap and buckle is adjustable, so the breastplate can be perfectly adapted to every type of horse.
