Competition jackets & tailcoats
In dressage and jumping competitions, the German rules (LPO) usually require a jacket as part of the show outfit. It is worn with light-coloured breeches and a shirt with tie or a blouse, in dressage with a plastron where applicable. Here you'll find competition jackets for women, men and kids as well as tailcoats.

Which competition jacket suits you?
- Colour: The German FN equipment catalogue does not prescribe a specific jacket colour. In jumping, however, light red and signal red jackets are only permitted from class M** upwards. Besides classic shades such as black and navy, you'll also find other colours with us.
- Technical: Many models are made of stretchy, breathable technical fabric. This keeps the jacket comfortable even when jumping, and it can often be machine washed. Whether a model is washable is stated in the product description.
- With details: Contrast collars, rhinestones or mesh inserts add accents.
- For kids: dedicated cuts for girls and boys.
What exactly applies in your class depends on the competition and the schedule. The LPO and the respective schedule are decisive.
