Reflective items and visibility
From the end of October it gets dark early, and especially at dusk, in fog or rain, horse and rider are easily overlooked on the way to the stable or when hacking out. Reflective material reflects the light from headlights and torches and makes you visible sooner. Here you will find reflective sheets, reflective accessories for your horse's legs and head and reflective items for you, from brands including Waldhausen, QHP and Kentucky Horsewear.
Reflective exercise sheets
A reflective sheet covers most of the horse and is therefore easy to see from behind and from the side. The Waldhausen reflective exercise sheet with saddle cut-out is a light sheet made of highly reflective mesh fabric with silver luminous strips, reflective binding all round and a tail cord. It is also available in black/silver grey made of fine-mesh fabric. The reflective exercise sheet with luminous strips in neon yellow is of similar design. The QHP Reflexions exercise sheet is made of fine-mesh fabric with several reflective strips and closes at the withers with hook-and-loop. For wet and cold days, the Kentucky Horsewear Quadrat reflective exercise sheet has a soft fleece lining. It is water-repellent, closes in front of the saddle and is washable at 30 degrees. For the horse walker
If your horse goes on the horse walker in the dark, the Waldhausen reflective horse walker rug is an option. It is made of waterproof and breathable 600 denier material with a sweat-absorbing fleece inside. Reflective strips make it visible in the dark, and cross surcingles and a tail strap are included. Making legs and head visible
On the legs, reflective material stands out with every step. The Waldhausen reflective bandage set has two reflective strips each and is put on with two hook-and-loop straps. The Reflex horse boots have a reflective hook-and-loop fastener and a sturdy moulded insert on the inside, and the Reflex overreach boots in neon yellow have reflective binding and a fleece lining. On the head, the Reflex Stripe headcollar with reflective strips on the noseband, cheekpieces and headpiece and the reflective bridle set provide visibility. The set consists of three reflective covers that you attach to the bridle and reins. The QHP Reflexions leg straps replace the normal leg straps of your rug. Reflective items for you

Tips for hacking out at dusk
