Description
The ported bar has a special, flattened shape of the port. This gives the tongue optimum space. Many horses react to this with improved relaxation and increased chewing. But the bit is also very suitable for so-called tongue players that try to put their tongue over the bit, as the port effectively prevents this. This mouthpiece is thus excellently suited to horses that reluctantly tolerate conventionally shaped bits because of the pressure on the tongue and react with head tossing or similar. The modelled transition from the mouthpiece to the bit rings makes pinching of the lips impossible and additionally gives the bit especially stable lateral hold. The shape of the bit is especially suitable for working with young horses.
