Product description
A professional rug that creates a warm cocoon around your horse.
Features

What makes it special?
The Horse Down Rug is popular with professionals as an under rug. This warm rug stores body heat and keeps cold out. No more fuss with tangled cross surcingles and no more pressure from several front fastenings, as the down rug has no fastenings. Note: The belly strap is not included when purchasing this rug.
Material & finish
Inside and outside of the rug consist of polyester microfibre. This fabric has a soft cotton touch and stays well in place. The fill of the down rug is a 300 g fibre. This material consists of several fill layers in which warm air can circulate. This creates a heat cocoon around your horse but is still breathable. The fibre fill does not take on odour and always returns to its original form.
Fit & size
Thanks to its shape as a large rectangle the rug can be used for various horse types. This is very practical for riders with several horses, as the rug always fits. The rug also stays in place under other rugs thanks to the polyester microfibre. If you want to use a surcingle to keep the rug in place, nylon straps are supplied. For additional hold a cotton rug can be used under the rug. The extended neck offers additional protection. Through the lack of pressure between rug and mane, rubbing is prevented. The neck can also be folded down for additional protection.
Care & cleaning
The Horse Down Rug is washable at 30 degrees. We recommend leaving the rug to air dry afterwards.
