Description
- Soft, cosy protective bag/cover for the tail that still allows the tail to move freely
- simple and hair-friendly fastening without Velcro or other fasteners that can pull out or break off hair: wrap the plaited tail in the tail protector and knot/loop the two upper ends into the plaited tail
- ideal for transport: protects the tail from faeces and the resulting adhesions when horses are increasingly mucking out on the trailer or transporter
- also practical in the box: protects the freshly washed, plaited tail from manure and bedding the night before the competition/show
- perfect if you have to ride or lunge on muddy outdoor arenas due to a lack of alternatives: protects the tail from mud and avoids the need to wash the tail afterwards in cool weather
- simply hang it up to dry after use (e.g. on the outside of the saddle cupboard) and shake out/beat out the dirt after drying, occasionally put it in the washing machine when washing saddle pads, for example
- noiseless in motion, so can also be used without any problems when riding noise-sensitive horses
- Suitable for all tail lengths and tail thicknesses

- machine washable at 30°C Note: Only use the tail protector in closed rooms, e.g. transporters or boxes, if the horse is sufficiently protected from flies in other ways (e.g. by a fly rug), as the natural fly defence is restricted by the tail with the tail protector.
