Our chest protector is ideal for horses that are prone to rub marks at pressure points.

Special features
The chest protector can be used under a stable rug, an under rug or a turnout rug to prevent rubbing. The protector is very easy to put on: you only need to pull it over the horse’s neck and close the Velcro behind the front legs.
Material & finish
The outer of the chest protector consists of a polyester-Lycra blend. On the inside the chest protector offers a blend of Lycra and our famous artificial rabbit fur. The artificial rabbit fur sits at the spots that react most sensitively to rubbing. Behind the front legs is the Velcro to give the chest protector hold. As the product is made of Lycra it adapts well to the build of every horse.
Fit & size
The chest protector is available in four sizes: S, M, L, XL.
Care & cleaning
Suitable for machine washing. Most of our products are machine washable at 30 degrees. However, we recommend washing them as rarely as possible and using our gentle wash bags to preserve quality in the long term. We also recommend washing in professional washing machines (with greater capacity) to avoid damage from the drum of an ordinary washing machine. To dry, simply hang the protector outside on a sunny day. Tumble drying is not recommended.
