Experience the peak of footwear expertise and equestrian-oriented design, with an elegant yet subtle diamond-stone channel topline detail. Every detail of these elegant “fit and flex” riding boots made of high-quality full-grain leather is crafted for support and comfort in every equestrian discipline.
High-quality, durable elastic calf gussets ensure a close fit, combined with a slim and seamless elastic front lace at the ankle. A robust YKK zip runs from the rear heel area to the calf attachment behind the knee. A concealed zip guard and a sturdy zip puller make putting on and taking off easier. A clever, neoprene-padded cover prevents discomfort behind the knee. An integrated spur rest is mounted on the constructed zip guard flap and adds a modern accent.
The X-Grip rubber sole offers non-slip hold in any weather, with a carefully designed linear tread that interacts with the stirrup grip to ensure maximum foot security in the stirrup.
Inside, the comfortable, 5-density, contoured ergonomic footbed offers comprehensive hold and stability for the entire sole of the foot. A breathable, high-quality full-leather lining and a heel tongue are designed to ensure all-day comfort for stressed feet and legs.
An elegant silhouette that offers all-day comfort, foot stability, lower-leg support and weatherproof grip for riders who want to achieve their best performance.

How to find the right size for your riding boots
Use the manufacturer's size chart
Every manufacturer has a different cut. So always use the size chart for the specific model and check whether it gives your leg measurements or the measurements of the boot. With Busse, the numbers in the size refer to your leg measurements: '39 NN · Bein 46 cm · Wade 34–36 cm', for example, means a leg height of 46 cm and a calf circumference of 34–36 cm.
Measure your foot length
Measure the length of your foot from the longest toe to the heel, ideally in the afternoon or evening, and compare it with the manufacturer's size chart.
Measure your leg height (shaft height)
Bend your leg slightly and mark the lowest crease at the back of the knee. Then straighten your leg again and measure at the back from the floor to the mark. It's most accurate if a second person helps you.
Measure your calf circumference
Measure both calves at several points and take the widest circumference of the larger leg. If the manufacturer specifies a different way of measuring, follow that.
Clothing and time of day
When measuring, wear the breeches and riding socks you'll later wear in the boots, and measure at the time of day when you usually ride.
Choosing your size
- Choose the height and width exactly as the size chart specifies for your measurements. Don't deliberately buy tighter or higher.
- Many manufacturers, e.g. Busse, have already factored the dropping of the leather into their measurements. A new leather boot therefore sits a little higher and tighter at first. This is intentional and no reason to choose a different size.
- Boots with a synthetic shaft keep their shape, so the measurement should fit straight away.
- Your heel and ankle need a little play so that you can ride comfortably.
