Description
The MAX-Control is a double-jointed bit that at first glance is indistinguishable from conventional double-jointed mouthpieces. However, it is a correction and training bit that locks from a certain angle and acts similarly to a mullen mouth.
In practice this action sets in very gently, as with normal contact the bit moulds very well to tongue and lower jaw. Only when the rein is taken up more strongly does the more intense and effective action set in, as the mouthpiece becomes a bar.
