Description
This single-jointed eggbutt snaffle is made of high-quality stainless steel combined with flexible plastic. This makes it stable and at the same time especially soft and horse-friendly. The plastic has a hardness of 90A and is FDA-compliant. The material is therefore free from solvents and plasticisers and also non-toxic. The bits can be used for all horses and are especially suitable for young horses, horses with a sensitive mouth and horses that find other materials hard to accept. The bit has a very soft effect on the mouth. The mouthpiece is 18 mm thick and the oval bit rings have a diameter of 70 x 45 mm.?
An eggbutt snaffle has rings that cannot rotate freely. Aids therefore act more directly. This type of bit is generally well accepted because the mouthpiece sits relatively firmly in the mouth.
