I was a little concerned about the size, as the ankle joint was very swollen from my large warmblood. The Velcro straps are really very long. Only one in the middle is a bit short, we didn't get that to, but it doesn't matter, the schooner also holds that way. The handling is very easy. However, one cannot expect such a large cooling. For me, the cool packs were warm after just 10 minutes, even though they had been in the freezer for several hours.
