Safety stirrups are a passion of the French equestrian brand. The Freejump Soft Up Stirrup is available in three different versions:
Freejump SoftUp Lite | Freejump SoftUp Classic | Freejump SoftUp Pro+
Das Modell Freejump Soft Up Lite is, as the name suggests, particularly light. It consists of fiberglass with elastane and a polyacrylamide filling. The flexible outer arm bends away in the event of a fall so that the foot cannot get caught in the stirrup. In addition, the stirrup has cleats that give the foot better grip in the stirrup. The eyelet for passing through the stirrup leather is rotated 45° for the perfect foot position. The stirrup is available from us in 6 colors.
The classic from the house Freejumpsystem is the Freejump Soft Up Classic. The new geometric shape of the stirrup increases shock absorption. The stirrup absorbs the pressure from the rider and thus relieves the joints and the horse's back. This safety stirrup offers three times more insulation than a conventional stirrup. A flexible outer arm is also used here, which makes it much easier to free the foot. A total of 9 cleats in the extra-wide carbon tread offer high slip resistance.
The Freejump Soft Up pro + is a further development of the Classic made of spring steel. The open eyelet is wide enough for the single strap Freejump Stirrup leathers and attached at an angle of 45°. The stirrup falls into the perfect foot position. The patented Elastollan® outer arm releases the foot slightly. The Soft Up pro is also slightly inclined for a natural foot position and a low heel. The particularly wide base plate is made of Ixef® 1022, a glass fiber reinforced polyarylamide. The high absorption capacity of the stirrup is also special.
Another model that relieves the rider's joints and the horse's back particularly well is the Freejump Air's. An air cushion is mounted under the elastomer tread surface, which cushions the load of the rider very well. The polyamide upper band loosens under high pressure and releases the foot. In addition, the alignment of the stirrup eyelet and the inclination of the tread can be individually designed. What is also special is that the stirrup is 100% recyclable.
Spurs are a frequently seen support for the refinement of the aids in equestrian sports. It is therefore no wonder that these are also constantly being further developed. Freejumpsystem has a few spurs in its range that stand out from those of other manufacturers. The Spurs Round, Hammer, Extra Long, Disk and Price of Wales have a joint on the inner thigh so that the rider can adapt the spurs to the riding boot perfectly. The spur bar is made of carbon fiber, which ensures a very low weight. An Elastollan coating on the inside ensures perfect grip on the boot. The spur strap guide is inclined, which ensures ergonomic positioning and thus increased pressure relief on the instep.
Other accessories
There are of course the right accessories for the equestrian products. The Pro Kit is a replacement set of studs for the stirrups with 18 studs and 2 keys. There is also one for the stirrups Stirrup pocket, which protects the brackets as well as the leather of the saddle. There are also two different stirrup leathers to match the stirrups. The Classic Wide Leather Straps consists of vegetable-tanned leather and is reinforced with nylon. The holes are spaced 15mm apart and numbered. The stirrup leather is extra wide at 35mm and offers a particularly good contact surface. A grip insert turns the standard belt into the ProGrip Leather. This insert has a Velcro closure for easy attachment and removal. The special rubber grip increases stability and grip. The increased adhesion between stirrup leathers and saddle ensures a more stable position of the leg. There is a suitable one for the spurs Spur straps Made of leather with an elastic band, which relieves the instep of the foot from excessive pressure.
The French company is particularly known for its safe stirrups. Many top riders work together with development to further improve the products. At the 2018 World Equestrian Games, the entire French team rode in Freejump boots. Some participants also put their trust in the stirrups, including Martin Fuch and Simone Blum.
The company also takes responsibility. Therefore, all equestrian products are developed and tested in France. The spurs and stirrups are also entirely manufactured by various partner factories in France. Thanks to a strict material control and many recycling materials, the company is at the forefront in environmental protection. With the packaging omitted Freejumpsystsem largely on plastic. The French manufacturer also focuses on the well-being of people in production. When selecting all partners in Europe and Asia, great care is taken to ensure that the well-being of employees is treated with respect.
