Instagram Sweepstakes

The winner will only be announced by the official Lepona Account drawn and notified: @lepona_from

The deadline for participation mentioned in the post must be observed. Eligible to enter are persons over the age of 18 with a valid European address. Participation by under 18s only with the consent of a legal guardian. Address data from the winners will only be recorded with their consent and exclusively for Versand of profit used. By participating in this competition, you agree to the terms and conditions. Winners will be chosen at random and notified via DM. All Instagram names of the participants will be recorded and saved to determine the winner. The comments on Instagram remain and are still publicly visible. Your data will only be used within Hastedt e-Commerce GmbH. A transfer to third parties outside the company does not take place. The competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram. The legal process is excluded. Payment and exchange are excluded.

Promotional vouchers are discount codes or vouchers that we issue as part of advertising campaigns and have a defined validity period. The following conditions apply:

  • Promotional vouchers are discount codes that are distributed on our social media channels, through our newsletter, our partners or at tournaments.
  • Promotional vouchers are only available in Lepona Online shop and redeemable within the specified period.
  • Only one voucher code can be redeemed per order.
  • Promotional vouchers cannot be combined.
  • A specified minimum order value must be observed.
  • If the order is returned, the discount code expires and there is no entitlement to a replacement of the promotional voucher.
  • If a campaign voucher or a bonus is linked to a minimum order value and if the order value falls below this in the case of a return, we reserve the right to charge the difference in the campaign voucher or the value of the bonus
  • Subsequent crediting of the promotional code after the order has been sent is not possible.
  • A cash payment or reimbursement is not possible.
  • Hastedt e-Commerce GmbH is not liable in the event of loss, theft, damage or misuse of a discount code.
  • Individual brands or items can be excluded from the voucher campaign, you can find this information in the respective campaign conditions.
  • Generally excluded brands are: Kentucky Horsewear, Kentucky Dogwear, Grooming Deluxe and Samshield, unless otherwise communicated in the Promotion Terms.
