Description
This innovative summer rug offers the horse optimum protection from rain, sun and insects. The multifunctional, anatomically shaped rug with neck is finished on the top with robust, breathable 600D polyester with a waterproof coating and sealed seams and has a smooth lining of 190T nylon. On the underside the rug consists of 100 % polyester fabric with zebra pattern. Scientific studies have found that a zebra pattern attracts fewer flies. The rug has an adjustable double chest fastening, slits, elastic leg straps and a tail flap. The fixed neck piece is finished with a double Velcro closure and fitted with an integrated stretch section (waterproof) at wither height that ensures more freedom of movement and comfort for the horse. The neck piece can be attached to the headcollar with three elastic Velcro closures. The belly is well protected by the wide belly flap with three adjustable straps and Velcro closure. The rug is equipped with zinc hardware with a matt silver-coloured coating. Machine washable at 30 °C
