With the Ice Layer cooling blanket, water can be saved and the horse's body temperature lowered evenly at the same time. The blanket has a practical bag that is immersed in a bucket of water with the blanket. The blanket is then wrung out so that it does not drip and placed on the horse's back. The blanket's special materials ensure that the water evaporates slowly and draws out heat, resulting in a pleasant cooling effect. The rug is fastened to the chest with a clip fastener.
