Shipping & delivery times

The delivery costs within Germany are €4.95. From 89 € the delivery in Germany is free of charge. The delivery time for items in stock is usually 1 - 2 working days.

Delivery times

If you order in our online shop before 1 pm, we will process your order on the same day. This service only applies from Monday to Friday if your order has been approved and provided that all items ordered are in stock. If the delivery time for your desired item differs from the standard delivery time, this will be stated directly in the item and also in the order confirmation.

In the weeks leading up to public holidays, there may be delays in delivery due to the high volume of parcels.

As soon as your parcel has gone through the shipping process, you will receive the parcel number and a tracking link by email. You can track the dispatch status of your parcel live online at any time.

Collection in Dortmund

You can also collect your order from us in Dortmund. Please wait until you receive the pick-up notification by e-mail. Only then will your parcel be waiting for you.
