Like the outdoor rug, the neck piece is also windproof, waterproof and breathable (4000 mm water column, breathability 3000 g/sqm). To prevent it from slipping, the neck section has two Velcro fasteners on the side and two on the underside of the neck. This is particularly the case with clipped horses. The horse's neck is very sensitive and should be protected from the cold and wet just like the rest of the body. Especially in the rain, a neck part can prevent water from penetrating the rug at the neck.|newline||newline|Care instructions|newline|Please note the washing label. |newline|Close the Velcro fasteners before each wash and store the blanket in a thick bag. The latter prevents the fittings from hitting the drum of the washing machine during the washing process, bursting open and rusting more quickly. Always wash outdoor blankets with a detergent for outdoor blankets. This will minimise damage to the lamination of the blanket. Wash the blanket at 30°C on a delicate or gentle cycle. Subsequent impregnation is not necessary, as the waterproofness of outdoor blankets is created by the lamination on the back of the fabric and impregnation can damage this.|newline||newline|We recommend that you take the blanket to a professional blanket cleaner.
