What makes it special?
The 200g stable rug is a must for clipped horses or horses with sensitive skin. This warm stable rug provides warmth and comfort for the horse and is extremely user-friendly for the rider. Although the rug offers plenty of warmth, the combination of materials makes it very breathable.
Fabrics & materials
The inside of the stable rug is lined with Kentucky's characteristic artificial rabbit fur. This prevents rubbing and makes the horse's coat shine. The artificial rabbit fur also creates an insulating layer around the horse as it traps and retains the horse's body heat. For even more warmth, there is a 200g fibre filling. This filling has a similar effect to down, but is kinder to the user. The exterior of this elegant stable rug is made of high-strength 600D polyester and is quilted in a diamond pattern. The quilting combined with the 600D polyester makes the rug incredibly difficult to tear. Shavings also do not stick to the fabric.
Shape & size
The stable rug has an anatomical shape and is fastened with 2 strong buckles at the front and 2 cross surcingles with safety webbing. Thanks to the artificial rabbit fur, the rug slides back into place on its own after rolling or lying down. The rug has artificial sheepskin in this area for additional protection of the withers.
Care instructions
The stable rug is extremely comfortable for riders as shavings can be easily brushed off and it is washable at 30 degrees.
