If the package status doesn't change for a few days, that's no reason to panic 😉 In most cases, this happens at times of very high package traffic on the Versandservice providers, which is why the Versand takes a little longer.

Shipments abroad have longer delivery times. Deliveries to non-EU countries in particular can sometimes take up to 25 working days.
