Damaged packaging and missing items

If items are missing from your package due to damaged packaging or are busy, please report this to us immediately, at the latest within 24 hours of receipt of the package. Unfortunately, no claims can be made for reports received later.

Please send us a photo of the inside and outside packaging of the package and the damaged item, stating your order or invoice number to: [email protected]
