No order confirmation received

You will receive the email with the order confirmation a few minutes after completing your order.

If you have not received an order confirmation, first check whether you have completed the ordering process. After the payment you have to confirm the terms and conditions in the last step and click Click order now to pay. A big thank you will then appear with your order number.

If you still haven't received an order confirmation, it's possible that your order hasn't reached us. Therefore, please contact our customer service so that we can get to the bottom of the matter.
