Return of defective items (complaint)

You can claim damage to the product within 2 years of purchase within the scope of the statutory warranty. There must be a defect that clearly differs from the expected wear and tear of the product. The defect will be checked by the manufacturer. By law, the manufacturer has up to two attempts at repair before a refund can be claimed.

As a first step, please send us an email with the order number/invoice number, a photo of the defect and a brief explanation to: [email protected]

We will then contact the manufacturer and see if the item can be repaired or replaced. If we need the item back, you will receive a free return label from us by email.
