If an item from your order does not fit or you do not like it, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Please note that we can only take back clean and flawless goods. Otherwise we have to charge you a service fee for cleaning or possibly send the goods back to you.

Please enclose the return slip that you received with your shipment with your order. If you don't have it anymore, you can here download and print.
As soon as we have received and checked your return, we will send you a credit note. You will receive further information on reimbursements here.

Notes on dentures: If the bit / double bridle / snaffle bit / pelham is not declared as a test bit, you must send it back to us clean and unused. Please do not put it in your horse's mouth as we cannot resell bits with chewing marks. If you send back a bit on which we see marks, we will unfortunately have to charge you for it.
