The return slip is enclosed with your shipment. If you no longer have it, you can download it here and print it out.
We only need the transaction number to which your return belongs. You can find the transaction number on the top right of the invoice. We do not need any further information on the reason for the return or similar, unless it is a complaint. In that case, please inform yourself about everything else here.
